Kaiser Permanente: Non-Member Caregiver Access

Project

Enable non-member caregivers to care for their family members via KP.org

Details

Kaiser Permanente is a nonprofit managed health care organization that enables members to send messages to their doctor, schedule appointments, and view medical record information. These capabilites are currently unmatched in the industry.

This project was to extend access to caregivers who are not Kaiser members. Some examples include adult children of elderly members who need assistance or minor children who have Kaiser insurance but one or both parents do not.

Currently live in the Northwest and Southern California regions. 20000+ registered caregivers to date. Nationwide roll-out planned.
