AI Virtual Assistant for Entertainment Partners products

UX was engaged to assist with the design of a virtual assistant to help payroll accountants target errors in jurisdiction categorization. These errors represent millions of dollars is recovery efforts for the not only the amount of overpayments but for the time and labor to recover them.

The main challenge was designing a framework to accommodate emerging and yet-to-be-defined use cases to minimize future rework since this assistant would eventually be used across a suite of 10+ web apps.

The resulting design allows for custom tabbed views that can be set to deliver to-be-determined UI for the type of insight or issue needed for the given task.
