Details

SmartTime Mobile was designed to offer crew members a digital way to fill out and submit timecards. However, after a rapid redesign that added admin features without any UX input, users struggled with major usability issues, and adoption stalled.

When UX was brought in, my role was to evaluate the experience and recommend actionable improvements. By prioritizing user needs and simplifying core workflows, our redesign led to a dramatic 75% drop in support calls. Most importantly, clients felt empowered to use the app, and adoption finally took off.
